Shipping & Returns
Local delivery is currently only available in Guelph. We are working on making local delivery available in other areas of the province.
Customers outside these areas must choose a shipping option. If you are not sure which region you are apart of, or if delivery is available to you, please contact us.
Shipping costs are based on quotes from our shipping partners, the size and weight of purchase, and your location. Shipping prices are subject to change. Currently, we only ship within Ontario.
You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and another when your BrainBox is shipped or is ready to be delivered.
Boxes are assembled in March, June, September, and December, with deliveries going out at the end of those months. Due to Covid-19, deliveries may be delayed due to supply chain issues beyond our control.
If you have not received an order by the time it is expected to arrive, please contact us.
Return & Refund Policy
We just want you to love your BrainBox! However, if you would like to return your purchase, you have 30 days to do so.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please contact us to let us know if you wish to return an item, and you will then be provided shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and no refunds on shipping expenses can be granted.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, this may take a couple days to show up on a credit card statement.
